Gary Klein presented as part of the online Titans of HFES Symposium on February 7th - 8th, 2022. The symposium showcased current work by researchers, practitioners, and academics in the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.  
This talk is about his work analyzing the Cognitive Dimension, which informs the decisions we make and the actions we take. He presents the Cognitive Dimension as a counterpoint to the ‘War on Expertise’ and highlights tools to help practitioners better understand the Cognitive Dimension.
